Smile Properties in Pretoria do not care about tenants

<p>I have been experiencing problems with this agency since I moved in in 2013. They do not respond to emails regarding items which they promised to fix before I moved in. Now, the owner (Mabaya) falsely accuses me of denying his maintenance guys access (which they denied) and has called me a mental case--they have become observers in the fight. Not a single response from Dries. Stephanie wants me to give her the key so they can repair the geyser and many items while I am at work without letting me know if she will be present. So appalling!!! Never to be trusted and I was warned by previous tenants. The owner ordered me not to renew my contract and I have no problem but will make sure the next tenants don't suffer from the same.</p>
