SHOCKING SERVICE - THEY WILL NOT PAY BACK RENTAL DEPOSIT

<p>Never rent property from this rental agency. They are ******. They conduct a well ochestrated business that thrives on ripping people off of their deposits. I rented 1 of their unit in Wilgers Pretoria. The unit was very old and run down and they dont repair it nor paint. They get their sales agent to come hand it over to you when you move in and assure you not worry since the unit old and cheap and that they will repaint it in future. Now when i left, they send a different agent to inspect the unit and they let you sign the form. This is where they go back and inform you that they are not paying you back the deposit because they have paid for the cleaning of the unit ********** They charge you then for dirty walls and marks on walls, cupboards, washlines which wher defective when I moved in. They even claim to have painted the wall, which they dont and they didnt paint when I move in. Please stay away from this agent. Their staff all work together to ensure you dont get your depost back. Be warned. I have reported them to The Estate Agency Affairs Board. The owner is called Dries and he doenst care nontheless.</p>
