No refund on rental deposit

Customer service is very bad with 100%, I rented from this people and never ever have I paid my rental late, it came to a where I had to relocate to another province, which they requested a two months notice, that I certainly gave it to them. When it ended November I then requested for my deposit back, one of the administrator by the name of Denene Vermaak started telling me about the apartment had a cracked plug R250, garage key is missing R250 (which is not), globes that are not working x3 is R2400 and the paint where he/she said the furniture messed is R1599. It's a day light *******, just because I need my deposit back, they must deduct a sum R4000 from it and the money for globes, paint etc, also adding that labor is R550. On top of that saying I owe R701 which I do not know where it comes from. I gave a notice to the Smiley Properties agent in Pretoria for two months in order for them to find a replacement for the apartment not for me to do their marketing for a tenant, and now all they do is to rob me without the receipts of those so called faults they found. I certainly will not recommend anyone living in Pretoria to rent from them, as they have poor service and when you need to leave it's a problem to give back the deposit you certainly paid for.
