NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY
<p>I rented from smile with my ex boyfriend. When we moved in the place was a mess. The previous people never received their deposit but the money never went to fixing the unit anyway??? Then my ex boyfriend canceled the contract and I took it over. My ex boyfriend never got his deposit back and nothing was fixed? So money pocketed again!!! And now I'm the lucky fella to loose a 3Rd deposit in a row for the same unit! After giving the relevant notice etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>THEY ARE USELESS AND PROVIDE A PATHETIC SERVICES!! Nothing is ever their fault and when you try question something they get rude! </p> <p> </p> <p>Not even worth the money or fight!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Just a friendly warning that this is ****************!!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY BACK </p>
