How is it that you sign off a contract and suddenly your being told property sold, vacate in 2 months time. Tenants takes a responsibility to go look for another accomodation within the time period of 2 calendar months granted and you move out and your expected to pay further for the other month you are not residing on the property. The communication never clarified further to say though given 2 calendar months to vacate ul be held responsible/pay up a penalty. So the conveyer of the mesaage failed in her delivery, dsnt want to take responsibility and admit her communication was vague. When u further on seek clarity the personnel of Smiles Property sends you a letter of demand with intension of scaring u off and silencing you. Secondly they keep pestering u with endless emails insisting you pay off.. However on the other side a new owner is not aware that u have been told to vacate and even when the decision was reversed the smiles property didn't communicate. How do I continue to pay the previous owner instead of the new owner isn't that an ******ion to its greatest level.

Renewal fees of R1000 on a yearly basis. Property reported issues not attend to. As they increase Ypur rental on a year basis they insist or enforce that u add onto your deposit. When you want to move out they say give 2-3 months notice.. Which law is this because this is not eastate/property law.
