DRIES IS A BULLY

<p>I have been with smile properties for three years now and we have had our problems with returning of deposits. I was warned before i signed with them, but didnt think it was this bad. From having to always email and follow up when they have to come do maintanance.In the 1st unit, the previous tenants left some stuff in the garage.of which i ended up having them in there for my duration of the lease.The same thing is happening aswell in the new unit and my lease is ending end of March.</p> <p>I tried to renew my contract mid-Jan as requested but they said that my contracted is terminated.now all of a sudden he wants to retain my deposit just because i have re-applyed to stay in the same unit from the new estate agent handling it.He has the nerve to tell me that i am his client but they themselves emailed me to tell me the the contract cant be renewed.And either ways i believe what i do with my deposit and my life after the lease lapses is my decision.he is just looking at looting everybody off their deposit.im pretty sure u can pay rent and not stay ther for that duration, and they will still find something you have to fix. Im tired of all their **** and Dries being a bully with our money.Dries is only out there for our money cos he personally asked me how i think he gets his commission, like how is that even my business. All i want is my deposit.And he needs to learn how to communicate with his clients and stop hauling insults</p>
