I had a verbal agreement with Dries Cronje after his tenant cancelled a his lease and did not pay rent and he came to lock the property which according to the rental housing act is ******** he advised me to pay an amount of R5000,00 into his bank account which he smsed me and that he would open the flat for me to stay for a month but as soon as I paid it he refused to give me the keys instead swore at me saying \F*ck you
