Cancellation of Contracts Dirty walls = R3200

I cancelled my contact in advances and therefore per contract lost half of my deposit.<br> <br> After inspection was done, Dirty Marks on the walls somehow amounted to R 3200?? I queried this with Smile Property Group but received no response.<br> <br> I also asked why the entire place needed to be repainted seeing that R 3200 can buy a lot of pain. No response was given. While staying there, the garage door broke on day 2. They only sent someone out to come and look at the door 2 months later.<br> <br> They are very helpful before signing the contract and paying the deposits and then it is as if they disappear. No service or after continues e-mails and phone calls someone finally replies.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed and will never advise anyone to them.
