Beware - Bad Service from Smile Property Group!

<p>Smile Property Group, was supposed to ''manage'' one of my properties for which they gladly took a monthly payment from me - not sure what they have done to justify this - tenant moved out, without giving notice to me (I realised this only after payments stop) and after several request for proof of witten notice from tenant, inspection reports (which they are supposed to do on a regular basis), the keys and deposit to be paid back - NO RESPONSE! Now the owner / principal - Dries - has blocked our cell numbers - not the way you do business - run away from your problems and ignore clients! Bad, bad, bad! Beware people.</p>
