GREAT KIDS VENUE! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT ! Smile Cafe & Kids emporium - Woodmead

<p> </p> <p>I booked my daughters 3-year birthday at Smile Cafe in Woodmead. From the get go, Ryan, sat down with me to understand my requirements/ needs. He was absolutely accommodating and followed through with confirmation of all my requests in writing after our meeting (not having missed a single point). I followed up closer to the day and Ryan ones again confirmed all. His professional attitude and understanding of my requirements left me confident and relaxed. On arrival on the day, everything was set up and ready at promised at 8am! The staff greeted me on arrival and offered to assist carrying decor and etc from my vehicle. All of the staff jumped straight in to assist with set-up , with smiles on their faces, offered me something to drink, and what absolutely surprised me was the initiative they took to assist. I had table runners which kept blowing around with it being a slightly windy day - one of the waitresses returned with prestick and started sticking them down to the table clothes without me having asked. Another arrived with additional washed bowls as she realised that I had not had sufficient bowls for the chips and sweet distribution. On arrival of the guests, the food was set and ready go ON TIME, covered in glad wrap and net. Waiters and welcome staff took to their stations and were ready for guest arrival. All guests were greeted, and served through the day with zero complaints. The managers consistently approached asking if I needed anything else and Ryan too arrived to check everything. My guests were so pleasantly impressed that they enquired to book their own kids birthdays. </p> <p> </p> <p>In summary:</p> <p>- I cannot fault anything</p> <p>- the service was impeccable </p> <p>- The willing assistance from the entire team had me relaxed and I enjoyed the birthday myself rather than the usual run around and stress to ensure everything is going right and guests are satisfied</p> <p>- We received compliments from everyone on the delicious food </p> <p>- the venue is clean, the children are secure and safe in the area and several parents took up the opportunity to play golf while their kids enjoyed the kiddies jungle gyms.</p> <p>- the children over the age of 3 also enjoyed rounds of golf lessons </p> <p> </p> <p>Huge thank you to Ryan and your team - many business owners and children venues have a lot to learn from you and your venue! </p>
