Food poisoning etc at Smiley's

Came to Smile! on a public holiday (10 August) for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The calamari had been recycled caused it had bits of chips on my plate when I had ordered calamari and salad. Then the second plate was the same calamari as the first just reheated with more sauce covering it. My friends who are regulars said not to come to eat but just for kids to play, as their kids have had food poisoning before.
