Horrible service

Zero communication, not even to tell you how long the repair should take. All communication had to be forced i.e. I had to phone them and even then the response was "I'll call you back" or "I'll ask him to call you" and seldom did! They also took ages with the repair...4 weeks for minor damage to 3 fenders and it's not complete yet either as they waited for 3 weeks to order a decal that takes 15 working days to obtain...Even when they finally agreed on a date and time to fetch the car and promised it would be ready...it wasn't!

Don't take your car there if you want decent service!
