Excellent Service - Beautiful car
<p>I made an enquiry at SMG Durban with regard to an ad I seen for a 2011 BMW 320d, a salesman, Shaheen, immediately contacted me , took my trade in details and offered me a deal, as these particular cars get sold rather quickly , especially in JHB , I was really interested as the price was fair and I was told it was in good condition, but was still really daunting not being able to view the vehicle and relying solely on the salesman analysis, however Shaheen assured me all was well except for the front bumper and minor cosmetic, mechanical checks will also be done after that.</p> <p>Immediately after paying the holding deposit Shaheen organized a representative in Johannesburg to valuate my trade in, I was pleased as the valuator had come to me even though I didn’t mind going to him.</p> <p>The vehicle did take more than 3 weeks to be ready after I had paid the holding deposit, but with countless emails and calls to Shaheen in that period, he didn’t seem irritated at all by the many questions I had asked him.</p> <p>He always kept me re-assured that the vehicle will be sorted and gave me feedback of all the processes the vehicle went through, the minor cosmetics at the panelbeater, the mechanical checks and repair done after and the valet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I drove down to Durban with my then current car , the trade in and was still a bit unsure as I had never seen the car I was about to collect and spending a considerable amount of money on it.</p> <p>I am really pedantic when purchasing a vehicle , but on my arrival I was blown away, the vehicle waiting for me on the showroom floor (even though second hand) in quite amazing condition.</p> <p>Shaheen received me well, even provided myself and mum with a good cappuccino and even helped us unpack the trade in car and pack the new one.</p> <p>Its very rare that you find such honest, competent service these days especially from car dealerships, and I would recommend anyone to do business with Shaheen and the SMG Durban team, I know I would do it again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Shaheen.</p> <p> </p>
