WRETCHED Customer Service

On Sat. 21/03/15 10:12, I called and spoke to an african sales lady and arranged for a test drive of a 335i. I was given confirmation of this for 11:00. I got there at 10:50 and waited in vain. I then spoke to a sales lady called Louise who indicated that there was no 335i available at all!<br> Louise in turn suggested leaving a 335i with me the Fri following so that I could test drive this and return on the Saturday thereafter, for the inconvenience caused. She also diarised for a call on Thur to confirm the delivery for Fri. On Sat 21/03 between 11:38 and 11:44 I received a call from Jaco, the sales manager and I updated him with what had just happened. I felt pleased that Jaco had made the effort to somewhat rectify the bad experience and waste of time. Thur & Fri came and went without any comms from SMG!! I called SMG on Tue 31/03/15 14:42 and asked for Jaco & he was not available. I left a message for him to return my call without any success! I again called today 2/4/15 10:30 and left a message for Jaco without any success!!! I am looking at spending between 600-800K and this is the service that I am getting. Its disgusting!!! Why? Is this just WRETCHED SERVICE or perhaps ******
