Unable to find simple faults and do repairs

I bought my 120D from SMG Canal Walk in December 2016. On the initial drive of the car, I informed the sales man of the front left wheel is giving lots of feedback. On collection of the car, it had new tires and all checks was done. Few weeks ago, I start to notice the feedback again, and since I mostly drive peak times, never noticed it. I took it to SMG Tygervalley, as my motorplan is about the expire. They need to look at the noise at the back, which was the handbrake brake shoes, the wipers and the vibration on the front wheels. They could not find the vibration cause, no wipers changed and the handbrake was reset, noise was back before I reached my home. Took it to SMG Canal Walk. Same story, at least they replaced front wipers, not the rear. Logged the complaint, went back to SMG, met with workshop foreman. He can feel the vibration, but can't find the cause. Promises was made on the hand brake story. It is still making the noise. Took car to Supa Quick - Shocks report front 20% and rear 30%. Swivel bearing left wheel is suspect. I sent a mail on Monday 14.08.2017 - no reply.
