Theft, poor customer service - No contact from BMW
My last vehicle service at SMG Durban was on 20 January 2016. It was a terrible experience. My flash drive was unplugged from the concealed center compartment & ******. The cover for the flash drive was ****** from the concealed cigarette lighter compartment. My flash drive had important work information that has now affected my job. The glove compartment was opened & searched as all the contents were upset. I can only assume that it was searched for items to *****. This was my 3rd vehicle service at SMG Durban & I will not be going back there as the customer service is poor. In addition, on my way home from picking up my vehicle from the service, the tyre pressure indicator alerted me to pull over & check my tyres. I had taken the vehicle back to SMG Durban the next morning & was told that they had forgot to reset the tyre pressure. My vehicle is currently doing 43000KM & I reported the front passenger seat leather being defective as it was perishing without any wear. I was told by the consultant (Marcus) that it has been logged & I will be contacted with regards to my leather seat. To date I have not been contacted regarding my leather seats and my service experience.
