After agreeing on a test drive with a specific car from the used car lot a day prior to our 200 km drive to the garage, I inquired if the car had nr. plates and would be in the parking ready for our arrival and was told no problem. on arrival the 2nd sales person who was to see us and administer the evaluation of our car and give us the test drive was absent...so the 3rd sales person who had no information on our interest or why we were there had to be briefed again. the aphraisal of our car was quickly done although no information of the trade in value was made to us.<br> <br> The car in question was in fact parked well inside the exposition hall with a \sold by"salesperson name plaque on the windshield"
