SMG Auto Cape Town charging me R10k for 'partially' working on my car after paying R9k 3 months ago

There should be no star here! 3 months ago I took my car to get fixed at BMW in Century city and they charged me R9019.16. On Friday last week my car got stuck with the same issue, I called and emailed BMW and got my car towed in. I never heard anything from them until this morning after they dealt with more important clients, clearly.

They sent me a quotation for another R10k and are claiming that the two issues are unrelated. Apparently the pipe that they worked on previously was 'partially' worked on. I cannot believe this hogwash from a reputable brand like BMW. They have also offered to reduce my cost to R8900 after I pointed this out to them. Even if I ned the battery to be replaced, they must leave it, I will take my car somewhere else. I want nothing to do with them!

I simply refuse to be used and abused by BMW and their shoddy workmanship. The worst part is that I sat in the heat for 6 hours on Friday, they never even called to asked me if the car was still coming in. And, I am now being told about batteries that are old - I don't even believe what they tell me anymore about this. I did not buy into this brand for lies, I bought it because I believe their cars are reliable and safe. BMW SMG in Century City is acting extremely *********ly!
