Selfless dealer

I bought BMW 320i M sport from SMG Cape Town in July 2020 and July 2021 I started noticing discolor on the rear right door. I called BMW SA to investigate they sent their inspector to have a look at the vehicle and his findings were the thickness of the rear right door is not the same as the rest of the vehicle a meeting was held amongst the branch managers and BMW SA and they came back saying they will not assist since a year has passed and the matter was never brought to their attention. I went through my phone gallery the paint discolor was there when the vehicle was sold to me I contacted Shaun the manager who then said I had an accident with the vehicle and repaired it myself now I blaming the dealer, I showed him the pictures the day I bought the car and the current condition of the vehicle he dismissed my complaint. A word of advise, do not buy any vehicle from SMG Cape Town, they poor service and care less about their clients. The case is now with OMBUDSMAN
