Satifactory rectification of a misunderstanding

I wrote an unfavourable review of SMG Cape Town after a car I was busy purchasing from them was sold to another buyer. SMG immediately acknowledged the problem, cancelled the sale, and informed me that it was due to a misunderstanding, and I could still buy the car, which I did. From then on I experienced great service from SMG and in particular the salesman Warren Ah Chong. I can honestly say that I will do business with SMG again.
