POOR WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE - SMG Century City SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I've been a BMW brand ambassador for more than 24 years and never experienced such poor service from any dealership in the past. This was my first and final encounter with these people. I took my car to SMG Cape Town (Century City) for a normal service and it came back totally messed up. Took it back a few times and it came back more messed up every time. Now have to replace numerous parts at my own cost due to their negligence and incompetency. They even used a damn cable tie to secure a water hose. When asked why they used the cable tie the workshop managed rep**** that the bracket was old and it broke. To top it all they took over Fors****s Tygervalley who I always dealt with and never had problems. What is evident on this Forum you will notice is that "SMG SUCKS"</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE!!!!!</p>
