Pathetic service

i took my bmw x5 into bmw to have the brakes bled and reset the steering angle sensor. A day later I phoned to query about the status of my x5. I was told that it needs R132 990:00 worth of repairs. The work I specified was not carried. I was told that the brake booster need to be changed. I was charged R550: for the diagnostic which i did not request. After 9 bmw's I've reached the end of line. My 335i Coupe is my last bmw which will go to bmw SUPERTECH in dbn. I paid almost R3000:00 less for a water pump from SuperTech. How is that possible? Well, smg gets the lemon. SUPERTECH well done. Service Excellence. I will definitely drive from Pmb to Dbn for spares and servicing.
