Paid a lot of money for disgusting service.

I took a Mini Cooper S in to Smg Rocks after it wasn't running how it should, expecting the worst, a blown head gasket. We were told that they need to do a strip and quote that would cost just under R5000, which I agreed to. Anton, service manager, confirmed that it was indeed a blown head gasket. He said they need to send the head in for testing to an engineer and the results said there was nothing wrong with the head. When it was time to pay the strip and quote cost, the bill came to R6450. Anton said the extra cost was for the engineer. We paid the amount in full.<br> <br> We decided we wouldn't have Mini Rocks fix the car as it was too expensive, and that we would take it elsewhere. We sent a rollback to mini and got the car to our mechanic. When we opened the bonnet, we saw that nothing as assembled and there were many parts missing. Almost all of the bolts and washers were left lying loose in the engine bay. I requested that Anton find the missing parts and deliver it, took a week but it got delivered. We took the head in to another engineer where he found it was warped, so we paid R1500 for nothing. I am still waiting for more missing parts, excuses fill my day. Please help.
