Non compliance to contrcat

I bought the SMG DYNAMIC MOTION DENT AND SCRATCH plan from SMG when I purchased my vehicle from SMG, I clearly informed the lady who did the sale that I am not living near SMG (I live in Secunda in Mpumalanga) how does it work. She told me I can only phone in and they will refer me to a specific service provider pending on what I need.

So today I phoned in (spoke to Mzwakhe Mthethwa) to get assistance to have the vehicle aircon treated and the leather interior treated. However the person whom, I spoke to could not really tell me where to take the vehicle and just told me to take it to a RMI panel beater and get a quote. (This is strange as I only want the leather interior treated (Protective guarding) and the aircon - not have repairs done, not a body work repair. I am not even sure the panel beaters does any of this...

I am very disappointed in the service I am getting, as the product was marketed to me as very convenient and value adding..... it is not, not at all! I would not recommend SMG or any product they sell to my worst enemy, as you falsely promote your products!
