I was sold a vehicle with non-genuine parts

In July 2013, I was sold a second hand Audi A4 1.8T from SMG BMW in Century City Cape Town.<br> I have had no end of issues with this vehicle. In fact Audi Cape Town has replaced the engine, the gear box, the clutch and many other parts. It has since come to my attention that not only did BMW SMG sell me a car that was a lemon but they sold me one with RIMs that looks like original Audi Sports RIMs but are in fact made in china.<br> I have repaired these several time as they were not the right RIMs and couldn't withstand the vehicles makeup or weight. I personally have done this several times through the MAG Workshop. I have since come to understand that not only were the RIMs non genuine as BMW claims when they sell a vehicle but were also a pre-existing condition. AUDI have kindly replaced the parts I mentioned above due to a warranty that was in effect. The issue is now the RIMs will definitely cause future damage that will need to be fixed. This is unbelievable considering their trust in the community that BMW claims of only selling pre-approved cars with genuine part but they blatantly omitted the fact that the RIMS were knock offs coming from China which are inferior in every way.
