condescending attitude

I purchased a vehicle from smg and days later i was informed my finance was not approved despite me taking ownership and fitting a tracking device.I returned the car and informed the company I would need mytracking device back as the contract could not be cancelled.Weeks later and no response,yesterday I told them I would be taking delivery of a new vehicle purchased without hassle from another dealership and needed my tracker fitted.I was told by Udesh its not his problem and that I **** on my application,calling me a **** and saying that I wouldnt get anything on the salary I was actually earning.Each time he was rude and blatantly refused to dealwith the matter.Each time Iwas made to feel that I was dishonest and at fault.I would like a written apology and would like to inform the company that due to the poor service I received I will also file a complaint with the NCP ombudsman.
