Compliance Notice from the National Credit Regulator

I have requested a refund from SMG Cape Town for a on the road fee for a car I purchased from them in June 2017.

Their response is "BMW Financial Services disagrees with and disputes the contents of the notice issued by the Regulator and will be objecting to the notice. The "on the road fee" is a fee agreed to between the dealer and the consumer."

The on the road fee is an ******* charge added to a credit agreement and I am very happy that NCR has ruled that this amount be refunded.
