Complaint - Unacceptable Service Failure

I am sending through a complaint as I have received unacceptable service.

I bought my car from Jetour Harbour Arch SMG. At the time of the test drive and time of the sale, they advised that they would send up the parcel tray for the boot asap. They also advised that they would do the license and registration for me, at the cost of R5,500.

I reached out and followed up on all matters numerous times, far too many times. Each time, I was met with a response to say they working on it and empty promises of service delivery, but each time the result was service failures.

The temporary license they provided expired due to these service failures of theirs, leaving me to either not be able to use or drive my car or drive my car *******ly on the roads without a license.

Eventually, after copious follow ups and many frustrating interactions with the dealership, after more than 5 weeks, I received a packet with a license plate and license disc paper. Just that. The car having no license plate frame and no way for me to use or put on this license plate.

I then needed to go to a different car dealership to ask them to please assist me with providing me with a frame for the front and a frame for the back and to then to secure the license plate on the front and secure the license plate on the back along with the license.

It's now been 7 weeks, and I still do not have the parcel tray for the boot, still leaving all my valuables and items visible to the sun and visible to ********s.

This has truly been unacceptable service. The service failures have been extremely frustrating and extremely disappointing and as mentioned impacted me leaving me unable to drive a legally licensed car and impacted me leaving me unable to hold or transport items in my car.

The story still continues.

Please advise when I will finally receive a parcel tray for my boot.

Please also advise what compensation or redress I will receive for all costs incurred and all service failures experienced and all negative consequences endured and all inconveniences endured.

Please advise as soon as possible.
