BMW SMG Centiry city - bad experience

I went to smg century city to sell my previous vehicle and buy a new one. Before I had a chance to inspect the new vehicle they sold my previous vehcile and forced me to bring it in to sign it off as they had found a buyer.<br> <br> They rushed me to sign a new contract before they had even done an inspection on the vehicle that they were selling me. I had no choice or I would have been without a car since they refused to give me a courtesy car without R20000 excess amount on one of theirs.<br> <br> Once I was in the new vehicle not only did the post sale service literally not exist, but everything went pear shaped from scratches, to rust to the entire gearbox being faulty.<br> <br> They had sold the vehicle before doing any checks whatsoever, and refused to let me out of the contract. <br> <br> I urge anyone going to smg century city to be more aware of these tactics when they are forcing you to your new or used car
