Worst service what a disgrace

I took my vehicle in for a service on the 30th of November to SMG Durban, we were away for a week after that so I let an employee fetch the vehicle that afternoon once the service what done. Last Friday when I drove it there was a service light that came on. I called the dealer and was told to bring the vehicle back. When my husband got there this morning he was told to leave the vehicle there they didn’t finish the service the first time due to the oil service only being due in 200km. Is this a joke or what we stay in Hillcrest it 50km away and every time we drove there it costs a fortune not only in money but also time and inconvenience. The people working at this dealership is so unhelpful I will NEVER service my car there again. Now they expect us to take their car back again tomorrow due to us being busy today and not being able to sit there and waste our time for an hour while they finish the job they started 10 days ago. We have had many BMW’s which has been serviced in Umhlanga and we have never heard of this nonsense. It’s an absolute disgrace!!!! Who is responsible for my time and fuel wasted with these *********** people!!! Regards, Mr & Mrs Potts
