Worst service from SMG Tygervalley (McCarthy Motor Group - Trading as For****s Tygervalley)

<p>I bought a car from SMG Tygervalley in CT and it was couriered to their MINI Melrose Arch dealership in JHB, I was only given one key, when I asked for a spare I was sent from pillar to post, salesman from CT insisting a spare key was sent with the car, Melrose Arch manager cannot remember if they received it or not. The sad part is the price I have paid as a customer includes two keys, but some for some strange reason BMW/MINI decided only to give me one key,, instead I'm now being told to pay R3 000 to get a spare key.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never again will I ever deal with BMW /MINI...... I regret the day I fell in love with the car I purchased.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service, customer is treated like a piece of trash.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
