Water leak on the boot

In 2018 I bought a 220i convertible at smg supertech quensburg in kzn few month later I notice that water was going through the boot took the car back Firstly was told they can see where the water enters the boot again I saw the same problem took it back this time some work was done on it told was OK still same problem occurred took it back was told they will change some rubber seals and they did again same problem occurred took it back last week Thursday more rubber seals changed this week Wednesday still noticed some water called them ask for a lady that help me last week was told she's in the meeting she's will get back to me must leave a msg I did no one called me back today I called at around 8am ask for a manager was told he's in the meeting OK called again at 12 still in the meeting now its 16:30 still nothing
