SMG ARC - Useless

<p>My F20 1 series was severly damaged during a fail storm in PMB last year. I claimed from insurance and as usual I had to go to a BMW ARC (Useless panelbeter). The vehicle was with SMG ARC in Durban for 3 months!. The roof skin, the bonnet, the headlight and fenders were replaced and after getting the car back, wait for it... The roof was LEAKING! I found WATER in the battery compartment after a day of rain. I had to give the car back, after not having it for 3 months for SMG ARC to fix, AGAIN. After getting it back I usually parked in the garage in rainy seasons, thinking that the roof was fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, over a year later I found fresh water in the boot and RUST under the front seats! The car was never fixed properly and I didnt even know!.I took the car to SMG PIETERMARITZBURG (07/09/16)and they confirmed that it is a PANEL problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Further to this, the initial repair really hurt, BMW put a "comment" on the vehcile labelling it accident damaged which brought my reselling chances down yet they insist on repairing the vehicle themselves!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so frustrated with BMW, and just tired of their on going problems and related inconvencience. I now INSIST that I am given a courtesy vehicle - THIS IS NOT MY FAULT, and that the rust damaged parts are REPLACED.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is not done to my satisfication I will definitely cut my losses and move to a car manufacturer which is not so problematic!</p>
