Purchased a vehicle SMG PIETERMARITZBURG. The dashboard was lifting abit but car was in great condition an full service history with bmw. Which was what I was looking for. BMW SMG PIETERMARITZBURG suppose to sort out the dashboard after purchase but then the company closed and moved over to BMW SUPERTECH. I was informed that BMW SMG durban still APART OF THE SMG GROUP would help me fix this problem. Upon speaking to helpful people it was heading in the right direction then I had a enquiry about a exhaust system that was put on my vehicle I later recieved a call from BMW SMG DURBAN that my vehicle wont be sorted out because it was sold on behalf of someone through BMW SMG. I am shocked at this behavior all my documentation says BMW SMG is SELLING this vehicle. Not once chatting with my dealer did he ever mention this even on email. Up to getting the quotation for the vehicle it all said BMW SMG PIETERMARITZBURG. I dont think any company can sell on behalf of anyone. It's been almost 3 years now back sn forth with BMW SMG DURBAN still no joy. Really pathetic service and will not ever support a SMG company again.
