Vehicle delivered 2 weeks late with NO BRAKES at all. Another month to fix BRAKE BOOSTER

Car delivered to SMG on 26th November 2019. Date Out as per communication from Andre Vannis was 6th December 2019. Heard absolutely nothing from them except for progress videos received 3 times showing an unchanged state of the car, so I called them on the afternoon of the 4th December 2019 as I was due to go on holiday to the Natal South Coast for 2 weeks leaving the morning of the 13th December. I was informed that my car would be ready on the 18th December 2019. I informed them that this was not acceptable - enter the manager, Jerome Shellar. He would try an expedite the delivery for the afternoon of the 13th December 2019 which I wasn't happy with but I accepted it. Car was not ready until the afternoon of the 18th December 2019 so I didn't get to go on holiday. More than R20,000 thrown away. Went to collect my car on 18th December and drove it out of their premises into the rush hour traffic. Robot at end of Jean Simonis St turned red so I tried to brake. NO BRAKES AT ALL and all the lights on the dashboard started flashing. Yanked up the handbrake and narrowly missed plowing into the car in front of me. I turned the car around and went back to SMG yard and asked told the receptionist what I had just experienced and asked to speak to the manager, Jerome Shellar. He didn't come to speak to me but sent the message that the reason I didn't have any brakes was because my car needed a service. My car has 27130 kms on the clock and had been for it's 3rd annual service on the 31st October 2019. After I had royally thrown my toys and demanded that they get my service records from Ford Tygervalley, Jerome Shellar showed his face and told me that he would need to send my vehicle to Ford to find out what the problem was. It ended up that in fact the Brake Booster and some gaskets were damaged during the accident which went undetected by SMG. SMG quickly offered me one of their courtesy vehicles with a full tank of petrol and waivered my signing of any insurance indemnity. They couldn't wait to get me out of their premises. I finally received my vehicle back on the 16th January 2020. I took it straight back because the bodywork had been damaged by SMG while the vehicle was under their care and there was a bad rattle on the drivers side of the car. Jerome Shellar once again tried to deny culpability but then when he checked the photos on their system he had to admit that the deep scratches right down to the bare metal in the door wells were not there when they received my car. Took my car back to SMG on 23rd January 2020 to have the damage to the bodywork fixed at their expense. Both Andre Vannis and Jerome Stellar add a new meaning to the word incompetant.
