Release of car.

Hi...I had to of my vehicles that was ******. After recovery, they were taken to above centre for repairs. Was sent on the 26/10/2022. Today, 17/01/2023, my BMW is still not repaired, and the Hyundai was promised to be delivered today. There is a R4000.00 excess to be paid, which was paid today, but my car will not be released until it reflects on their company bank statement. They still have my BMW 420D Grand Coupe, which, I believe should be enough collateral to release my Hyundai. Please assist, their telephone number is ***
