XIAOMI 8 PRO 128G ORDER NO: 33145
Piece of ****, don't buy anything from SMESHMEGA. They are selling repaired stuff as brand new. I bought a XIAOMI Note 8 Pro 128G on the *** and received the phone on the 17/9/2023. The phone it worked for few weeks then it started freezing, rebooting frequently and crushing after rebooting. I reported the matter, they told me that I have take it to the repair shop to find out what is the problem. I took it in to the repair shop, they found out the the phone it was open before two *****s were missing and the motherboard had been repaired, some plates of the silver plates covering the motherboard were cut out. I've taken pictures to and sent them to SMESHMEGA to show them the results. They told me that I have to courier it back to their supplier so that they will give me another one. To courier it is going to me R900. I told them to forget I cant spend more money on this **** to wait two month and half to receive another piece of junk from them. Their just ****** ORDER NO: 33145

Please note the phone you bought is not new but refurbished and this is clearly stated on on the specification, we do sell new/ refurbished and used phones and this will always be stated on the phone specification so the customer is aware.
unfortunately if the customer want to return the phone for warranty purposes, the customer is liable for return courier fees
