Smeshmega has no business integrity and does not stick to their terms and conditions

I ordered a Lenovo Legion Pro 2 phone from Smeshmega. They responded saying they didnt have it in stock and suggested I take the Lenovo Y90 which I went ahead and did. When I received the Lenovo Y90, I had issues with saving contacts on the phone. I restarted the phone a couple times and then I reset the phone to factory defaults as a way to see if it would resolve the issue and when the phone was reset everything was in chinese

I contacted Smeshmega and they said its my fault the phone is chinese because I reset it and I must contact their supplier (which I have not been able to get hold of) to rectify it. They did not warn me that this phone is Chinese and if I reset it will go back to Chinese.

I informed them about my issues within 3 days after delivery as per their terms and conditions. They still dont want me to assist me. I even requested a refund and they said they wont refund me.

The only reason I ordered the phone from them is because I support local small businesses but its pointless if they going to provide service like this.

I am still running round for this. They refuse to help me and they refusing to give me a refund.

Its ridiculous dealing with a company like this. Theres no consideration for customer support and they dont stick to their terms and conditions. They also said I must return the phone to China at my own costs. SMESHMEGA HAS INTEGRITY!!!
