Not ****mers but not great either

They navigated a problem with my order very professionally. I ended up receiving a full refund since the product arrived to their warehouse damaged. They checked the product before sending it to me, and notified me that it was damaged and offered a few options - either ordering again using a different courier at high additional cost, or ordering again using the same bad courier that damaged the product, or getting a full refund. I opted for a full refund and have already received it to my bank account within 2 days.

Their website is a bit snakey with their **** countdown thingy which I do not appreciate, but they respond quickly to emails and are helpful and not ****mers.

The courier service they used for my order was terrible, it took much longer than the estimated time and that was before it even got to South Africa… so who knows how long it would have taken to get from their delivery hub to me.
