Incomplete order received
I received my order on Monday 22nd January fm Smeshmega, it was a home bungee excersise that I ordered there were 3 items missing and I immediately notified them. Response to my emails are very slow with me doing all the follow ups. My advise is to take a video of your parcel as you open it, as you don't get anywhere if there's items missing. Very annoying
