Don't be fooled
We ordered online from a Johannesburg "based" web page. Even though the goods were delivered as advertised they failed to let us know that the item would be shipped from China and we would have to pay a huge customs and vat fee. If we had known this before we ordered we would have used other options.

Thank you for your feedback, we are an online store with offices in Johannesburg, however most of our products are imported from our suppliers in different countries.
The import fees are specified in our terms and conditions and in some products they are specified on the products description, we do however value your feedback and will use it to improve our service.
