Android audio system ordered from Smeshmega.
I ordered a reasonably high spec android audio system for my vehicle from them. They confirmed the order showing the full spec of the ordered item. The order was shipped from the East and arrived as a much lower specced version of what I ordered. Smeshmega defended stating that I did not tick all boxes in spite of confirming spec. Their call center line is on voicemail continuously. Their salesman told me the if I wanted to return the parcel I would have to do so at my cost direct to the factory as Smeshmega is an online store and their policy states no returns. Then then offered a minimal partial refund for the drop in spec which I accepted then out of desperation and frustration. I later found that the delivered item was specked way below the value. I have notified them of my non acceptance of the partial refund and have demanded a full refund or replacement. Radio silence so far. It is absolutely appalling and frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback, Please note our website allows you the opportunity to select different color, Ram, Rom, size and additional accessaries. the option you chose is not 8GB Ram + 128GB Rom, you chose 4GB Ram + 64GB Rom which is a cheaper option.
Our return policy allows a customer to return the product to our warehouse (not our office address) for a replacement or refund if the customer want but unfortunately the customer is responsable for return courier fees.
In your case we regrettably sent you a 32GB Rom instead of 64GB Rom by mistake and provided options to try and resolve the mistake and you opted for a partial refund of which has already been paid to you.
