48V wind turbine
Please people dont use this company for any online purchases. I bought a wind turbine through them and received the wrong equipment. I have been trying to get the correct parts delivered from them for over a month know. Each time I get the same old stories, the manager does not want to talk to me or even phone me back. The lack of service is so bad.

Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvience, but just to put the issue correctly,
you ordered a wind turbine with 48V MPPT controller, you received your correct wind turbine but only received a 24V MPPT controller instead of a 48V MPPT Controller, we acknowledge the error and offered a couple of solutions including providing you cash to purchase the 48V MPPT controller locally (quick solution), we also advised we can send you the 48V MPPT controller from our international warehouse but this could take longer (longer solution) and you opted for the longer option.
we sent you the tracking number for the 48V MPPT controller and gave you the contact details and name of the courier, unfortunately the courier is delaying a bit but your order is with the couriers delivery office as per tracking information and we have been providing you updates via email whenever you sent us an email or call.
