Worst company i have dealt with in all my years in IT

called them numerous times to only be hung up on , paid for a cable , they then went silent , i called them to enquire after sending an email with no response , they called me to find out what type of cable after i paid for the quotation , then i was told that they would send the cable down , i received the cable and informed my customer that the laptop should be completed soon as i recieved the cable , the cable was not the right cable and seems to be second hand as it has peices of plastic and rubber on it , and way too short. I then called and waited only to have the call drop. frustrated beyond belief i am a month into a simple repair . this could all be avoided if they did what was needed to
