worst and terrible service from smd salvage
<p>i have purchased a vehichle at smd online auction on the 15th of february and when i went to fetch the car i was told the papers are not there and will be sent to me at my nearest branch in pretoria west but till today i havent recieved anything what so ever no papers, no call ,no email i have been trying to call smd to sort this issue out but i am failing and now it has been 3 months everytime im told they will call me back but they dont . im sick and tired of their poor and horrible customer service now im stuck with a car with no papers and licence disc but i have paid them in full.
