Wheres my car after weeks

When I came to collect my car that they said would be delivered on Tuesday from capetown to Johannesburg after they postponed it twice due to "problems" I came on the Thursday to collect my car to give them enough time to make sure it's her and guess what's not here my car and I can only get it next Monday i wasted a whole day to fetch this car that is still in here from capetown they really need to stop wasting people's time like this that's not how u run a business
