Viewing of purchased car
I bought a car from Smd Boksburg branch auction yesterday and I couldn't view the car prior to the bidding because I was out of town. Now this morning I pleaded to just have less than 5 minutes of viewing a good which has been purchased, but I was turned down.Yes I understand I'm supposed to view before buying,but in a case like this I feel I deserve 5 minutes. I also believe the deposit is there for a reason and and've been buying from smd since 2012, and not for once have I canceled a car. All I ask for is 5minutes to view a product of 91000.

The manager of SMD Boksburg will be in contact with you, however as our policy states, we do not allow anyone to view the vehicle, even the winner of the bid, unless the vehicle has been paid for as we want to protect the security of the vehicle. This then protects the buyer and SMD.
