Very Unfair Poor Service

I'm so disappointed with SMD, I thought they were fair enough to keep all the costumers happy unfortunately they made me feel that they have their own specific costumers that are so important and want to make them happy than the others, On Tuesday 01-12-2015 I deposited the R5000 in order to bid online I bided online and I was the highest bidder, I even got to see their system writing *item sold to you* and there I was happy jumping in the office, then I waited and waited for invoice nothing sent. I ended up phoning them to find out where is my invoice and they told me I didn't get the highest bid and then I asked them of how much was it sold then? they said R33 000 I told them I bided for R33 500 10 mins before the auction close, they said my bid does not reflect on their side. then I phone them today to ask if my bid does reflect as I bided yesterday, they check and said yes they did see my bid yesterday I'm the highest bid but they sent the invoice to the person who bided before me and that surely shows me that I wasn't one of their best highly favoured customer, when I tried to talk to them again theres a lady by the name of Adel who gave me a very very bad attitude.
