Vehicle Registration Papers

I purchased a vehicle on the 26 September 2020 from SMD. I have been liasing with Racquel Harper for my papers as I sold the vehicle.Initially I was promised that I would receive the vehicles papers on the 29 March.But I have been calling literally every day and I have been promised that I would get my papers but still nothing.I have emailed Jill Elliot,customer service,Reg Doc Operator and Registration papers and no one replies with any assistance other than they went to the licensing department and they still dont have my papers.It has been 8 months since I purchased this vehicle and it does not help being patient at all.My customer is having endless problems with Metro because of the permit on this vehicle.
