Vehicle registration documents

I bought a vehicle in an online auction from Smd Durban on the 15th of June 2022. I've been trying to call every week since to check on my registration documents. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the documents. All my emails to staff at the Durban branch(including the manager Jason) are ignored and the call centre just puts me on hold until the call ends! It's very frustrating having to deal with such poor customer service. This is not the way I would expect a big company to conduct business. I've invested a lot of money into the vehicle and it is road ready, the only thing holding me back are the papers.
